The RF team took some time out from their busy schedules to spend a few days together in Stowe, VT to decompress and focus on the strategic development of the firm. With a number of new team members across 3 offices, this was the perfect opportunity to spend time together to build and strengthen relationships across the team. Everyone had a great time participating in numerous activities including pickleball, hiking, pool time and tasting the local ciders and beers. There was also a strategy session where the team celebrated its numerous accomplishments and talked about the future of the firm.
