Firm completes three add-ons, totaling five acquisitions since 2024 formation of portable sanitation solutions platform
RF Investment Partners, a leading growth capital investor, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, ProSite Services, a premier provider of portable sanitation solutions, has acquired Texas Throne, A&B Portable Toilets, and Parks Portable Toilets. Totaling five investments since the platform’s formation in 2024, these acquisitions mark a pivotal step in ProSite’s buy-and-build strategy, establishing a Texas flagship, strengthening density in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic region, and broadening service capabilities nationwide.
Founded in 2010 and located in Corpus Christi, TX, Texas Throne provides a strategic anchor at the western endpoint of ProSite’s developing footprint, which now extends from the Carolinas to Texas. Building on its established Texas presence and longstanding industry relationships, ProSite will accelerate its expansion throughout the state while opportunistically pursuing M&A opportunities across the Gulf Coast and Southeast markets.

A&B Portable Toilets reinforces ProSite’s concentration in the Carolinas, positioning the platform as the dominant provider in the state, and adding a well-established brand located within 80 miles of four key cities — Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Durham, and Raleigh. As the platform expands west of Raleigh, A&B creates a foundation for further progress throughout the Triangle region and deepens ProSite’s goal of becoming the leading portable sanitation provider in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic region.
The addition of Parks Portable Toilets, located in Eastern North Carolina, will further increase regional impact and create opportunities for operational synergies across ProSite’s family of brands, Rent-a-John, Advanced, and A&B.
