Zach Friedman

Zach joined RF Investment Partners, LLC as a Vice President in 2023. Based in New York, Zach is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, investment due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to joining RF, Zach was a Vice President at TriplePoint Capital, where he was involved with underwriting and structuring credit transactions for technology companies and monitoring a portfolio of twenty-five companies. Zach was also a structured capital Senior Associate at Level Equity, where he was responsible for all stages of the investment process, from deal origination, managing the due diligence process, and ongoing portfolio monitoring for software and technology businesses. Before Level Equity, Zach was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies LLC, conducting financial modeling and advising technology companies on M&A and private placement transactions.

Zach earned a B.A. in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016.
