Tyler Katz

Tyler joined RF Investment Partners, LLC as an Associate in 2017. Based in New York, Tyler is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, investment due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to joining RF, Tyler worked as an Associate for over two years at Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC where he worked on numerous sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of industry verticals including: Healthcare, Business Services, Software/Information, Education, and B2B Media. Previously, Tyler was a Financial Analyst at Valuation Research Corporation where he specialized in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, fairness opinions, and solvency opinions.

Tyler earned a B.A. in Finance and a Minor in Economics from Temple University in 2013.
