RF Investment Partners (“RF” or the “Fund”) is pleased to announce that it has relocated its offices in downtown Chicago and midtown New York. RF recently established its Chicago location at 150 North Wacker Drive and its New York location at 501 Madison Avenue.
Earlier this year, RF successfully held a final close of its inaugural fund at more than $284 million of committed capital (including private capital and projected SBA leverage). The Fund obtained its Small Business Investment Company license from the U.S. Small Business Administration and was oversubscribed after exceeding its initial size target.
“We are proud to establish our new locations that will support growth within both the Chicago and New York markets and across the country. We look forward to continuing our focus on investing in lower-middle-market companies in diversified, niche industries. Our flexibility to participate throughout the capital structure positions us nicely as a partner for owners, management teams, independent sponsors and search funds, and we are excited to continue to remain active as a provider of customized capital solutions,” commented Peter Rothschild and Peter Fidler, Co-Founders and Managing Partners of RF.
