This year marked another strong chapter for RF as we continued our mission of partnering with exceptional lower-middle-market businesses. From disciplined capital deployment and portfolio growth to team advancement, community impact, and industry recognition, 2025 was defined by momentum and purpose.
We’re grateful to our RF team, investment partners, management teams, and broader community for the trust and collaboration that made this year possible.
We’re proud to share our 2025 Year in Review, highlighting the people, investments, and initiatives that shaped our year!
This year, the RF team gathered in Chicago for our annual offsite, bringing together colleagues from our three U.S. offices to focus on strategy, collaboration, and team building. The offsite created space to strengthen relationships and connect outside the day to day, with a mix of working sessions and team activities including salsa and margarita making, golf, pickleball, a walking tour of Wrigleyville, and cheering on the Cubs as they defeated the Dodgers.
At RF, we believe strong collaboration with our portfolio companies begins with a strong internal foundation. By investing in connection and alignment across our team, we are better positioned to support long-term success throughout our portfolio.
Our team will be attending the conferences listed below this year.

RF was proud to welcome Daniel Cortese and Jayden Ramos as Summer 2025 interns in our New York office. Through hands-on modeling, research, and analysis, they sharpened their technical skills and gained firsthand insight into how private equity deals come together. Our Internship Program is built to provide meaningful, real-world experience that complements classroom learning.
The RF Partners Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations with missions that promote programs encouraging education, academic support, achievement, and leadership development. This year, we are proud to introduce two new organizations to our RF Partners Foundation family, Breakthrough New York and iMentor, each receiving a $25,000 first-year grant. We are also continuing our support for High Jump and Let’s Get Ready, awarding each an additional $25,000 second-year grant as part of our multi-year commitment.
