RF Partners Foundation began in 2021 to provide grants to nonprofit organizations with missions that promote programs encouraging education, academic support, achievement, and leadership development in underserved communities. The Foundation’s mission rests in the power of education. Education empowers communities. Education breaks down barriers to opportunity. Education inspires leaders. Education strengthens communities.

Our hope is that the grants will serve as a starting point to encourage financial organizations to support their local communities and build a partnership of social responsibility. The RF Partners Foundation is invested in education with a strong commitment to diversity and equity.

Through targeted grantmaking, the Foundation supports nonprofit organizations focused on academic access and enrichment that are dedicated to serving low-income high school students of color within the Chicago and New York metro areas, where the RF offices reside.

Numerous nonprofits that reflect missions in line with the RF Partners Foundation’s mission were evaluated. Of the nonprofits selected, grant applications were reviewed, and two nonprofits from each city were awarded grants. Below is a list of the nonprofit organizations that were funded in 2021.
