Max Rothstein

Max joined RF Investment Partners, LLC as an Associate in 2023. Based in Chicago, he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, investment due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Before joining RF, Max worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Balmoral Advisors, providing sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services. Max was also a Commercial Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he worked in multiple areas of banking, including syndicated finance, asset-based lending, and debt capital markets.

Max graduated cum laude from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2019.
