RF Partners Foundation began in 2021 to provide grants to nonprofit organizations with missions that promote programs encouraging education, academic support, achievement and leadership development.
For many years, the partners of RF have supported nonprofit organizations that are essential to the health and safety of New York and Chicago. During the global pandemic, we at RF decided to do more to help our local communities.

At RF, we have a proud tradition of helping our communities. Through targeted grantmaking, the Foundation supports nonprofit organizations focused on academic access and enrichment that are dedicated to serving low-income students of color in high school within the Chicago and New York metro areas, where the RF offices reside.
Internship Initiative
Our Internship Initiative offers opportunities to women and people of color in college and business school. Our goal is to recognize talented individuals, offer educational opportunities and reward hard work.
