Waste Consolidators and Waste Control conclude five total acquisitions for Ally Waste this year, introducing bulk trash removal to its core services
RF Investment Partners and its portfolio company, Ally Waste Services, are pleased to announce the acquisition of Waste Consolidators, Inc., a provider of bulk waste collection services for residential and commercial complexes. This investment builds on the success of Ally Waste’s partnership with Waste Control and the integration of its bulk waste removal services earlier this year.
Founded in 1999, Waste Consolidators is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, with additional locations in Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, TX. The company partners with multi-family housing communities to provide comprehensive, five-day-a-week services, including load balancing, dumpster cleanup, and bulk item hauling. Waste Consolidators also offers miscellaneous trash and maintenance services, including “trash outs,” power washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
“Waste Consolidators marks our fifth addition to the platform since teaming up with RF in 2022, further solidifying what has been an incredibly fruitful and dynamic partnership,” said Ally Waste CEO James Crawley. “RF has been extremely flexible to work with and a great thought partner as we continue to build out our valet trash platform. The additions of Waste Consolidators and Waste Control propel us closer to our goal of providing the only full-service trash support provider for apartment complexes in the market.”
Ally Waste is a nationally recognized, premium valet trash and recycling provider for multi-family housing communities, student housing, and senior living facilities. The introduction of Waste Consolidators further establishes Ally Waste’s bulk trash removal services and increases route density in the Phoenix and major Texas markets. Expanding into six states via acquisitions this year alone, Ally Waste now services a total of 32 states across the country and will continue to focus on offering its full range of services to every customer.
“The team at RF is thrilled to see such complementary partnerships come to fruition,” said RF Co-Founder and Managing Partner Peter Fidler. “As waste hauling costs continue to climb, we stand ready to support Ally Waste in its commitment to providing world-class waste management services to customers across the U.S. The strengths of the combined platform will be an impactful value-add to its collective customer base, reducing waste-related expenses and simplifying waste management for facilities as the dynamic sector becomes increasingly complicated.”
RF and Ally Waste are actively seeking opportunities to partner with additional waste management service providers. Business owners interested in learning more should contact Peter Fidler, Co-Founder and Managing Director at RF Investment Partners, at pfidler@rf-partners.com.
